Oilers 50/50 sellers wanted

Pilgrims Hospice Society is the beneficiary of the Oilers 50/50 at the Edmonton Oilers vs Colorado Avalanche game at Rogers Place on Wednesday, March 25, 2020.

60-75 volunteers are needed.

Time Commitment:
Approximately 5 hours (5pm-10pm). Game starts at 7:30pm, volunteers need to arrive at FORD HALL at 5pm. Late volunteers will NOT be able to participate.

Transportation:
Meet in front of  Pilgrims Hospice Society interim office building (15023 123 Ave) at 4pm to take a chartered bus to Rogers Place.

What you will do:
We need 45 Sellers, 2 Dockers, 1 Bookkeeper, 7 Counters and 1 Printer Assistant

What you should bring/wear:
You need to bring government issued ID.
All visible clothing must be Oiler friendly.
Bags larger than 12x12x6 are prohibited from entry into Rogers Place.

Other?
Once you are in the building, you cannot leave the building.
