SUMMARY:Missing Dad Workshop
DESCRIPTION:*Registration Required* \n(This workshop is for adults 18+)Losing a father or father figure doesn’t always follow a clear path. The grief can be layered\, sometimes steady\, sometimes unexpected\, shaped by the relationship you had\, the things said and unsaid\, and the role they played in your life. \nJoin us for an evening of connection\, reflection and creative expression. Together\, we’ll explore themes of “moving our grief” through art and conversation — recognizing that grief is not something to fix\, but something we can learn to hold\, express and integrate into our lives. \nThis workshop will be led by art therapist Saera Little\, who will guide simple and creative memory-making activities. No artistic experience is required\, just a willingness to participate as you are. In addition to creative activities\, we will gently introduce parts of grief literacy to help understand the many ways father loss can appear in our lives\, relationships and daily moments. \nWhether your father died recently or years ago\, you are welcome here. \nThis workshop is open to people of all gender identities. Light snacks and refreshments will be served. \nWhat to Expect \n\nA guided creative process led by an art therapist\nSpace for quiet reflection as well as shared experience\nA respectful\, inclusive environment where all relationships and emotions are honoured\n\nREGISTRATION\n\n\n \n \n "*" indicates required fields \n \n EmailThis field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.* Required Fields Do you wish to register for Pilgrims' Missing Dad Workshop?\n \n \n Yes\n \n \n \n No\n Have you previously completed an intake form with our grief services?*Yes: Please proceed to register for the workshop. No: Please complete the following information.Name*\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n Name*\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n Date of Birth (m/d/y)*MonthMonth123456789101112DayDay12345678910111213141516171819202122232425262728293031YearYear202720262025202420232022202120202019201820172016201520142013201220112010200920082007200620052004200320022001200019991998199719961995199419931992199119901989198819871986198519841983198219811980197919781977197619751974197319721971197019691968196719661965196419631962196119601959195819571956195519541953195219511950194919481947194619451944194319421941194019391938193719361935193419331932193119301929192819271926192519241923192219211920PronounsPrimary Phone Number*Primary Phone Number*Your Email*\n \n Your Email*\n \n Address* \n \n \n \n Street Address\n \n \n Address Line 2\n \n \n City\n \n AlbertaBritish ColumbiaManitobaNew BrunswickNewfoundland and LabradorNorthwest TerritoriesNova ScotiaNunavutOntarioPrince Edward IslandQuebecSaskatchewanYukon\n Province\n \n \n Postal Code\n \n \n Emergency Contact: Name*\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n Phone*How did you hear about this workshop?*How did you hear about this workshop?*Security Check

SUMMARY:Move Your Grief
DESCRIPTION:*Registration Required* \nThis expressive\, art-based grief support group for children and teens (ages 5 -17) explores movement\, release and healing through creative activities inspired by Kintsugi — the Japanese art of mending broken pottery with gold. \nTeens will have the opportunity to safely smash plates as part of a guided healing activity; younger children will engage in a hands-on\, adaptive expression of the same art form. We’ll explore themes of brokenness\, continuing bonds\, healing and the unexpected lessons grief and loss can leave behind. \nOur Children and Teens Program provides age-appropriate support\, activities and opportunities for connection. When registration numbers allow\, children and teens will meet in separate groups to better reflect their different developmental stages and experiences. In some programs\, groups may come together\, with activities thoughtfully adapted to support all participants. \nREGISTER HERE\nIf you are new to our grief support programsIf you’ve attended our programs before
